Sunway Pyramid

Sunway Pyramid is a distinctive retail landmark located in the heart of Petaling Jaya. It was opened in July 1997 as Malaysia’s first themed shopping and entertainment mall.

One of the mall’s most easily recognized designs is the Egyptian-inspired Pyramid with a lion "standing guard" at the entrance. The rest of the building is embellished in the monumental style, complete with pseudo-hieroglyphics decorating facades, along with numerous Pharonic statuaries.

Sunway Pyramid is also one of the only shopping malls in Malaysia to have an indoor ice skating rink.

Kuala Lumpur Tower

The Kuala Lumpur Tower (officially known as Menara Kuala Lumpur; referred later as KL Tower) is a tall tower located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its construction was finished in 1994. It is used for communication purposes and features an antenna that reaches 421 m (1,381 ft), which currently makes it the fifth tallest freestanding tower in the world. The roof of the pod is at 335 m (1,099 ft). The rest of the tower below has a stairwell and an elevator to reach the upper area, which also contains a revolving restaurant, providing diners a beautiful view of the city.

Races are organized yearly where participants race up the stairs to the top. The tower also acts as the Islamic falak observatory to look for the crescent moon to mark the beginning of Muslim month of Ramadhan, Syawal, and Zulhijjah, to celebrate fasting month of Ramadhan, Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha.

Kerinchi Pylon

Kerinchi Pylon is a lattice steel electricity pylon located near Menara Telekom in Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. At 210 meters (690 ft), the pylon is recorded in the Malaysian Book of Records as the tallest electricity pylon in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

The Kerinchi Pylon differs from other electricity pylons of comparable height, like those of Elbe Crossing 2, because is it not used for a powerline crossing of a wide waterway and that it is just a single structure. It was built by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) in the middle of 1999.

Menara Alor Setar

The Menara Alor Setar is a 165.5 meter tall tower in Alor Setar, in the state of Kedah, Malaysia. It was built for Telekom Malaysia at a cost of RM40 million.

Apart from serving the role of a telecommunication tower, it also caters as a tourist destination for the town. The tower also houses some restaurants and a souvenir shop. The tower is an observatory tower to look for the crescent moon to mark the beginning of Muslim months such as Ramadhan, Shawwal, and Zulhijjah, to celebrate Ramadhan, Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Aidiladha, respectively.

The observation deck is at a height of 88 meters from the base of the structure.

The Curve

The Curve is a shopping mall in Mutiara Damansara, Selangor next to Ikano Power Centre, Tesco and Cineleisure Damansara.

The Curve is an opened active lifestyle mall in Malaysia composed of more than 250 retailers and restaurants. It also features a four star hotel named Royale Bintang, and is connected to Ikano Power Centre, Tesco and Cineleisure Damansara with car parks underground with can accommodate 2,400 cars.

Ikano Power Centre

Ikano Power Centre is a shopping mall located in Mutiara Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia. It was opened in 2004, and is located adjacent to a wholesale IKEA outlet and The Curve. Among its major attractions are a pet safari, a Popular bookstore and Cold Storage, a higher end supermarket. A fairly large Harvey Norman’s store is located on the first floor. The mall is operated by Ikano Pte. Ltd. which is part of the IKANO group from Sweden.

Restaurants such as the Manhattan Sea Food, a kopitiam styled Uncle Lim’s and fast food restaurants are located on the lower ground floor.

1 Utama

1 Utama is a popular shopping mall in Bandar Utama, a suburb in the northern part of Petaling Jaya and is located just opposite Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. The Old Wing, comprising the retail precincts of Centre Court and Courtyard as well as Jusco departmental store and supermarket, was opened in 1995. It is operated and developed by ÆON Co. (M) Bhd., the operator of Jusco chain of stores.

The New Wing, comprising the retail precincts of Promenade, Rainforest, Highstreet and Oval as well as Entertainment Zone, Parkson departmental store and Cold Storage supermarket is operated and developed by Bandar Utama City Centre Sdn Bhd. It was opened in December 2003 and was officially opened by the Sultan of Selangor, HRH Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah on April 2, 2004.

Bukit Bintang Plaza

Bukit Bintang Plaza is a popular shopping centre situated in the Bukit Bintang area of Kuala Lumpur opened in 1979. Its major and only tenant is Metrojaya, which is located on three of its floors. This Metrojaya offers items from a moderate-to-high price.

This mall is well known for its many shops selling items such as clothes, watches and more. It is located adjacent to BB Plaza is Sungei Wang Plaza.

It is also located in a walking distance from Pudu Raya Bus Terminal. BB Plaza is also accessible via monorail at the Imbi or Bukit Bintang Monorail Station.

The Mall

The Mall is a shopping complex located at Jalan Putra, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, located across the street of the Putra World Trade Centre. The complex was build by Metroplex Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (MHSB) and opened in 1987 by than Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad that personally buried a time capsule that will be unearthed in 100 year on 2087. The capsule contains a message written by Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad and is addressed to the citizens of the future.

At the time The Mall was the largest Shopping Mall in Malaysia and was build to attract more shoppers from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. The Mall was build at a cost of RM189 million and launches with a spectacular light show. The Legend Hotel was built as extension to The Mall on 1993 and completed in 1996. In 1996 Yaohan departmental store was changed into Aktif Lifestyle and in 2004 the store was bought over by Parkson Grand. At the ground floor there is a food court named Medan Hang Tuah.
